Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

We offer interest-free installment payment options through Klarna and Afterpay. Both services allow you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free installments, paid over time. Availability is subject to your region and eligibility approval by the respective provider. Available BNPL options will be displayed at checkout.

  • Klarna: Pay in 4 interest-free installments. Subject to Klarna's terms and approval.
  • Afterpay: Pay in 4 interest-free installments. Subject to Afterpay's terms and approval.

Currency

Sleep Oasis operates a multi-currency storefront. The currency displayed on our store is automatically determined based on your geographic location, so you will see prices in your local currency. The currency used to process your payment will be the one displayed at checkout.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may apply additional foreign transaction fees depending on your account terms. Sleep Oasis is not responsible for any such charges.

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed. For BNPL purchases, your installment schedule will be managed directly by Klarna or Afterpay.

All transactions on Sleep Oasis are encrypted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Our payment processing is handled by trusted, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check the following:

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Refunds
